Launch of Website prayforbritney.com Hopes to Save Britney Spears

Los Angeles, CA (PRWeb) February 22, 2007 -- Personal Stylists Britton & Smith give Britney Spears an ultimatum with the launch of prayforbritney.com. The website was created to garner support for Spears through prayer.

Prayforbritney.com will garner support for Britney Spears with the sale of T-shirts that read "PRAY FOR BRITNEY" but the support of Spears is conditional, say Britton & Smith. "While our prayers will always be with Britney Spears, if she fails to reclaim her former glory within one year the proceeds allocated from the sale of "PRAY FOR BRITNEY" T-shirts for The Britney Spears Foundation will instead benefit The Christina Aguilera Foundation."

The site was created in response to Spears' recent wild behavior and her decision to shave her head bald. "While we both believe that everyone should live by their own verities, Spears' recent behavior directly contradicts her former self." The duo say they chose to give Spears the ultimatum because "If she does not respond to mass prayer or a donation to her non-profit organization Britney Spears simply does not care." And if that is the case, says Britton & Smith, "We should all resign to the fact that the former Britney Spears was a creation of others and accept her as she is or move on." In their case, to Christina Aguilera.

If Britney Spears fails to respond the duo plans to donate allocated proceeds from the sale of "Pray for Britney" T-shirts to the Christina Aguilera Foundation because "Christina understands that her fans are responsible for her success and chooses not to vagrantly cavort in public."

Above all, Britton & Smith hope to encourage Spears with prayer for a full recovery.
